I absolutely thoroughly enjoyed the first game so I had to jump into this improved version of the series prequel. If you are looking for a unique gameplay experience this is where it’s at

Love this and the sequel Nier-Automata, I wasn't even aware this was the prequel to Automata but that only makes it better, excellent gameplay and visuals, a truly fun game.

Remake/Remaster of the 2010 title Nier, this is based on the Japanese Gestalt ver. we never saw. Enhanced fight mechanics and graphics. I got it on sale so I cant complain.

Great game. Played the original NieR Gestalt on the PS3, and this one adds a lot of updates and improvements without losing the originality of the story and characters.

Absolutely loving it. Amazing graphics, a story that sucks you in and very good combat. Nier Replicant is just the sort of game I needed. I'm only about ten hours in, but it's worth it.

Fun game! Especially for fans of Nier Automata. I'm 10 hours in so far and having a blast. Some side quests get repetetive, but I just skip them haha.

This is a remake of the game, and the combat is much smoother and faster, and the graphics are truly next gen! Also they fixed kaine's face to look better!/

can't give it less than five stars despite some mild criticisms. legendary franchise, maybe the best on ps4. yoko taro + platinum games is a unique and fruitful collaboration

Finally, the original version of Nier comes to the USA all these years later. Basically the same game as Nier Gestalt (or simply Nier on the Xbox 360 in the USA), but with some minor differences, like different characters, we now can see the writer's original vision behind this game's tale (playing as the ailed Yonah's brother instead of her father). Much tighter controls, cleaned up in a higher resolution, this game is worth buying again even if you own the original Nier.

Awesome game with good story can't say anything bad about it and for those who preorder the game Best buy is slowly sending out the codes got mine after a week.

Started with Nier Automata first, so I have not played the original version of this, but I was excited to try this one out as soon as I heard about it!

Absolutely fantastic. If you haven’t played Nier automata i encourage you to play this FIRST then automata but regardless it’s definitely a gem.

Never played this back when it first released, so playing it after it's Sequel NieR Automata it was nice seeing things act as callbacks of sorts. Really glad they retuned the combat, and the auto-battle mode makes getting all the endings a breeze.

Nier Replicant is hand's down an amazing RPG can't go wrong & if ur new 2 the series u do not have to have played NieR Automata before this one.

If you missed out on this the first time this version is a great way to experience Nier. Graphics, framerate, and sound are all perfect.

Excellent remake/remaster, this is a refresh of the original Nier game, just the version that was not brought to the US initially, awesome JRPG

Really fun game to play! If you liked playing Nier Automata, then this is a must have since gameplay wise it came from this remake.

One of best games to come out in a while beautiful scenery great characters amazing soundtrack all tied together in a wonderful package.

This game is a must play. It does have mature themes, but they really don’t make games this good anymore. Check it out.
