This film is a welcome entry in the multiple versions of the Night of the Living Dead films. Animation option taken is a good one. I would really like to see this film with a much bigger budget for animation. The additional visuals for the gore added should spark interest in fans who hope to see something new. Over all I recommend this one.

I have been a fan of this movie since my childhood in the 80's. I hadn't even heard of this until I happened to be at a store looking for something else. I picked it up and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. At times the animation was a little weird, …but that's not a bad thing. There were some genuinely creepy portions. Overall if you know the story there will not be much "new" things for you with the exception of a brief story of how Ben came upon the vehicle he arrived in. But I highly recommend fans of original film / series / genre check it out.

I got this thinking it would be great and it was, because I saw the original when I was a little girl and still can't watch it at night...lol...so I thought I'd try it in animated form. It is on point with the original with extra stuff that now adds context to some of the things said but not seen in the original!

This tells the story of zombies from Night of the Living Dead in an animated style. There were a few changes from tge original movie, but the gist of the story is still intact. I realize that I can't draw and that dozens of talented people contributed to this movie. However, the animation in this video was far below what I think it should have been. It looked like fan made video. This isnt a necessity to have for a video library. IMHO it doesn't surpass or equal the original version.

It's not bad. But I think they tried to stick to the original movie story too much. Should have had more gore for an animated version.

The original movie was better. Black and White films create a scarier moment in horror films.

Well done. Respectful of the source material while adding to the gore fully utilizing that color pallet. Superb voice acting. It’s a fun watch.

Night of the Animated Dead is something I definitely had to give a look as an anime fan, would recommend.

An animated Night of the Living Dead!? If you want to watch Night of the Living Dead, there is no substitute for George Romero's 1968 original. This purchase was a waste of good money.

Yes, it kept much of the same dialogue etc as the 1968 original, but basically pointless. It would have been better if it had used the same music, or at least some of the original music which in my opinion defines the black and white film. Also it would have been cooler if it was the animation was in black and white. And why was the animated version more than 30 minutes shorter? Because the whole thing felt rushed that's why.
