The receiver (DVR) is unstable and the system has a significant delay and sporadically skips notifications. The battery life is also poor, my yard camera went down to 39% in four days due to my son playing basket ball and my pups running in the yard. I had to return it.

Wireless cameras are no good

I had one of these at my previous house, but I had used the cameras with with wires and it worked great. The wireless cameras quickly lose the connection to the unit and even with 4 batteries, they wear out quickly. I was disappointed .

Item ordered was a (3) camera battery (wireless) system that was supposed to hook up to my "computer" via a eithernet cable. Item received was was a (4) camera battery (wireless) system. Installation instructions required to hook up to my "monitor" via a HDMI cable. This was not compatible as my monitor has no HDMI receptacle. The information said it included everything except a monitor or router. It's a battery operated system but it didn't include the batteries needed for the system. Had to return it since it wasn't compatible with my equipment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
