Posted .These cameras have the same durability, weather-resistant rating, life span and warranty as our metal housed cameras. If installing outside, just like we did with our metal housed cameras, we recommend placing them under an eave or awning so they are not overexposed to the elements. These cameras are not waterproof. Additionally, they have an operating temperature range that must be adhered to, just like with our metal housed cameras. We hope you give them the same chance. Thank you.
