    The worst customer support ever! I am on day 5 of trying to resolve an issue with a brand new system. Customer service in overseas, impossible to communicate, and “warranty” can only be done via email which I’m on day 5 now waiting. I wish I would have called customer service “before” buying.

    The playback only shows 2 channels at a time. The older version i had, showed all channels. Also trying to ensure capatible wired ptz cam is difficult.

    Purchased 11/24/2023, cameras worked until a month ago. System no longer connects, tried replacing Ethernet cable. Reached out to support, they had us do a factory reset and connect two separate monitors all to say oh well it’s broken at end of call. Not worth trouble of initial setup to stop working after close to two years in.
