Minor hiccups, some customer service. Playback not the easiest.

Great product to invest in. Simple set up and clear resolution for viewing. It’s worth the cost because the value is unbeatable.

You can not adjust the position of your view. Limited to side view only.

The software is lacking in comparison to the Swann system i replaced which was 5 years older. I was disappointed in the quality of rhe cameras in conoarison to the Swann system as well. I would not recommend this system to anyone else.

I do not like the exposed wires, otherwise it is good.

The box came with everything I needed. The HD resolution and the easy set up made the experience a 10/10.

Camera work great, but I was told that I could also hook up battery camera also which did not work.

Good quality for the price. Every you need to install four cameras. Comes with Four 60ft cables.

I like to wait a year or so before I write reviews. Worked 1 day longer than the 1 year warranty period. Was only hooked up for 10 months. Other than that, the image on the image on the screen looks good until you go watch replays. Do not reccomend.

The item was recommended by a friend of mine for a good reason.

I would would not recommend this product. Simply because the video quality that you get when there is reflection from the floors (epoxy coated) coming from fluorescent lighting shows multiple lines on the video feed when you look at the playback in the app and as well as the monitor we connected. The 2 other cameras that are facing the outside is working fine. Interchanged one camera to see, and the lines when you view disappeared. So its not the connection but the camera itself. I contacted nightowls support multiple times, each time I send them screenshots of how we see it and after awhile waiting for a resolution, they just disconnect so you have to contact them again... different agents, same outcome... no resolution and they just stop communication and disconnects. I purchased a different brand of camera (Litokam) from amazon just to test to compare and the video playback is perfect in all scenario. I got it during black friday last year and we just got the change to install it this month. So unfortunately I cannot return it or exchange it anymore.
