    it should have cat5e cable . The wires are too many. The plugs are too big and they are 3 plugs . it should be only one plug

    The cameras don't always switch from night to day. I have to disconnect and reconnect the power to the camera.

    I have had these cameras for just over a year, they started out good. Out of nowhere, all of the camera's started getting fuzzy when in night vision. Called customer service and they were no help, I could hardly understand her and troubleshooting did nothing to help. I was then told I was out of luck because they were 9 days over a year purchased, even after I told her this started 2 weeks ago. No care to help at all. Very unhappy with these cameras and the customer service, do not recommend at all.

    We've had them for a couple months now and they stopped working out of no where. We're being told to take the whole system down and sent in to fix instead of sending a replacement so i can change them out and send the old ones fixed and sent back afterwards. What am i supposed to do without my system?!? So much for protection.

    Bad quality view, the are essy to install but the image resolution is too poorand at night was worse. I return them to be exact two days later after being install, i play with setting to see if i got a better view but the results were the same. Also, once installed they can only be moved up and down.
