    A friend recommended this product. I haven’t had it installed yet I have to find someone to be able to do that for me. Just in the last few months I have been having problems with kids throwing rocks at my windows and doors and also kicking my doors and taking pictures of their selves, kicking my door

    Throw the Best Buy leadership in jail!

    Bought this because it said it worked with Google Home. It doesn't. Plus Best Buy sucks, everything I buy from them sucks and their employees all suck and I am always disappointed when I shop here and feel like I got ripped off every time. So NO MORE. I'm spending my money elsewhere and I suggest everyone else do the same, these guys are con artists and their leadership needs to be criminally prosecuted.

    Very bad night vision and also in the middle of the day it gives me the image in black and white as if it were night

    Sold me stuff that would outdated in a year

    I believe I was sold junk by Best Buy. I found about after the sale that the cameras that BEST BUY sold me were Anolog not digital. Believe they sold me something off the shelf. Probably buy nothing else at Best But

    Terrible Customer Service

    I returned this camera. Before installing them, I needed to call customer service for clarification on instructions which was a nightmare. Waited over 40 mins to speak with a representative. I got over that part only to be frustrated with the lack of knowledge on this system by the representative. With each question, he was googling the answer of which I asked is there someone else I could speak to and his response was no in a very snarky tone. I moved on to my next question and then hung up on me. I guess my questions were too difficult. Go with another brand!

    Can’t connect to iphone

    I PURCHESDED THESE CAMRAS TWO MONTHS AGO. I PAID TO HAVE THE CAMRA INSTALLED. IVE HAD 6 APPIONTMENT, NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. IT WASN'T UNTIL THE 6TH APPIONTMENT THAT I WAS TOLD MY ORDER WAS WRONG AND I NEEDED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $1200. I AM DISGUTED. I AM A MEMBER OF THE GEEK SQUARD, I AM VERY DISAPPIONTED

    Don't waste your money

    We bought these cameras and took them back the very next day. The picture quality of the cameras is horrible. Don't waste your time or money.

      We are sorry to hear of the experience you had. Assuming you are using the supplied cables we provide for the cameras there is no issue with signal degradation. However, other cables may not be capable of supporting our system on 4K. In the future we would welcome the chance to support you with your purchase before returning.
