Great way to keep my property safe. Easy to set up and use. I can keep an eye on the seedy individuals that are around.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the Night Owl app needs improvement. There are DOZENS of complaints about the app and they have yet to fix it. If the app is running in the background it will use up your battery very quickly. The app needs to be forced stop. Also, we had several instances where the app would lose connection to our DVR unit which required us to re-install the app and go through the setup process all over again. ALSO! We bought this unit less than a year and a half ago and the DVR has died. Cameras still work but the DVR is no longer recording nor is it sending a video feed through the HDMI cable to the TV. Night Owl CS is sub-par. No one speaks English (surprised??). Although the unit was just 2 months out of warranty, they would not help in any sort of way to replace it. I was told the TV was 2" too big for the DVR to properly send a video feed. I was told to purchase a new unit through their website instead. Fortunately, we found a new Night Owl DVR unit on Amazon, purchased it with an additional 3 year warranty. The new unit seems to have been upgraded from the unit above. Different DVR box shape, different features on the box, and a different/upgraded power supply. Other than the horrible CS and sub-par app, this kit is surprisingly good.

Easy to install good set for the money Clear view at day and night

my son and i installed the system everything works well the only trouble i have is one of the camera connection don't make good contact all the time and one camera won't work

So these are great cameras, night vision, motion all are great and the clarity is excellent. Here is the issue... You cannot delete individual events. If you want to delete one event, you need to format the drive again. Besides that, love the setup.

Very easy set up, and easy to use. Connected to TV with HDMI cable and turned on to instant surveillance. App also works well for both live view and playback.

Has a very nice picture and excellent night vision , the system is easy to operate.

Picture quality is good, somewhat easy setup. Only Issue is when im not home the and check the cameras from my phone the signal is out sometimes and i cant access the camera. Its hardwired to a nighthawk router and i have the best high speed internet service. So i know its not from my end. But all in all i like it.

Very disappointed in Technical support, no phone # to call. No way to access thru email. You need to register product first then create a ticket. Tried to create a ticket for 3 days never could do it.. Happily I figured out the issue myself, I changed the ID "top line" on the iPad and it thru off the connection. I deleted and retried the connection saw it change to DVR2 my iPhone is DVR1 and now it works fine.. Love the product, but God help you if you need Tech support. Disappointing.

My old Swann system broke down and I asked someone that works for a security company and with my budget and needs this system was perfect! The night vision works better than expected and the customer service is very helpful when I had questions!

Very good system. Needed tech support and was completely satisfied with the level of help I received. I can monitor my home from anywhere now. Images are clear and steady. got it a great price

Great view and good night view, easy to operate, not to mention a great price and for a DIY is really easy to install and get operational.

Really enjoy this camera system! Remote access is awesome! Picture is very good. Not very complicated to hook up, just takes time and patience.

This camera is great. We bought a wireless one and took it back and exchange it for this one. The night vision was awful on the wireless camera set. The night vision on this is good.

It takes a few minutes to get the cameras setup however it took a call to tech support to be able to get see the cameras on my phone and tablet. Tech support from Owl was better than I expected and they were very polite.

I have the 700 line night owl system already and this 720 hd system is hands down the best. The operating system is easy to navigate, and the picture is crystal clear Easy to install and defenite must have at home

WE FOUND THAT THESE CAMERAS ARE GREAT FOR OUR HOME I HAVEE RECOMENDED THEM TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Does everything as advertised. The only thing I don't like is that only 1 device at a time can connect to app. Also, the app takes 1-10 seconds from launch before I can see live view. Not cool but good enough for my needs.

Purchased this for a neighborhood pool. It works very well for the layout we have. Playback works well. System was easy to install and setup.
