Good cameras for outdoors and inside but the app set up and customer service can be a pain. Also there is no sound for the video playback. The app also can use aggressive upgrades as it is very difficult to playback prerecorded footage. With all that being said the quality of the camera is good and the range it also picks up everything even if the wind is blowing to hard( not sure if this is a good or bad thing for some).

Fairly easy set up, nice quality for the money. Purchased for my 65 year old parents, and they find the app/technology user friendly as well.

The system is outstanding! The camera quality is clear. The app is easy to install and operate. The set up was pretty easy too. You can set up which cameras you want to notifications to come through the app. You can pick a day and replay by using the calendar in the app. Love it!

love it only fault is that you can't hear and the picture is very clear on the phone

All around great enclosed system. No monthly fees, no outside source streaming your home for you. Nice picture quality.

As a parent, I want my kids to grow up in a safe place. We recently moved to one of the smaller towns on the bayou and someone stole some of our Christmas laser lights. Well, this security system has provided us with a very good sense of safety and awareness of what's going on outside of our home. Now we're aware of soooo much more than what we realized and are so thankful we decided to get this security system.

easy set up and operation I have been visited by local police several times they appreciate the camera installation.. high quality pictures and easy to review.

If you're good with electronics or know someone, you can save money and install it yourself. Easy. 3 screws mount the cameras, connect the wires, plug everything in and load the software then enjoy the show from your phone. IT'S WORTH THE MONEY.

The cameras in general are ok, what sucks is there app. They need to work on their app.

So far Good. Never used a security system so I can’t compare with anything else. Based on this one alone, video quality is good and set up is fairly easy. Will have to wait a couple of months to really see it’s performance.

We purchased this almost a year ago. They work amazing. Cheap for everything it has to offer. Even comes with an app to view away from home. Many setting and customization. Feel so much better with this system.

Setup was easy and I love how I can access and control most all settings via smartphone. Can't wait to add the other 4 cameras.

This is a great entry level system. I travel frequently and being able to view the cameras remotely is a huge plus. Piece of mind is priceless. Very simple installation for an intermediate handyman. Plug and play is a simple solution. The running of the wires was the most difficult part only due to having vaulted ceilings throughout the house.

My general disposition of this product is great for the money. I like it and would buy another one if I needed one. The unit worked well for me. I like playing around with it when I had time. I am going to buy another one sometime in the future for my son. No bad issues at this time. Very good Night Owl system.
