Great features for beginners

That was part of the reason I purchased this device in order to get a better customer service assistance.

Nice system if you just want the basics

If you want basic controls like set it and forget it then thos may be what you want. I am a bit techy and found set up to be a bit challenging. I was looking for functions that my older systems had. I was a bit disappointed to find these are not available in this model. If you want to block out areas in the camera so the trees wont trigger motion then make sure to set it up when the wizard walks you through the set up. Otherwise you wont be able to do it later. You have to use the wizard to make any changes to video later. The apps for the phone and the pc are basic and really dont work well with the DVR. All in all I am very disappointed with this system unfortunately it is too late to return it.

Still trying to get used to it
