    The cameras are easy to install and has crystal clear vision. You can review the surveillance as it is stored for about 2 weeks to a month depending on how long you film and record.

    These are okay for the price. I do wish that I would have done some more research and maybe spent more on a better quality system. We thought we could expand it and add more cameras but it turned out that you could not buy these cameras anymore. We reached out to the Night Owl and they were no help at all.

    Easy to use and great video and sound the only thing I don't like is that the cameras go off if the wind is blowing or a leaf goes by

    Already returning them. The DVR went bad after a month. Called customer service but it was hard to understand and they could bot figure it out. Not happy

      Are there any obstacles between the cameras and the Wireless NVR? The more obstacles in the way, the more reduced the signal strength will be. Some obstructions, like concrete walls, have a much stronger impact on the signal. For cameras suffering from this, please consider the addition of our WiFi Extender Antenna to help bypass the obstruction. Thank you!

    The quality of the cameras are good but the app sucks! When you try to playback a recording it takes long to play and it’s poor quality. Always showing it’s offline even if you refresh it.

This could be your network speeds or an IP issue. Please test your speeds. Keep in mind, that the unit needs dedicated upload and download speed for optimal functionality (please reference the system specifications for bare minimum). All connected devices on your network will factor into the overall speed.     The only issue I have my be with the WiFi connection at my home possibly. The cameras will go black for a few and come back up. Otherwise. Great.
