Posted .We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that this model didn't provide you a function you had hoped for. We do offer 2TB versions of many of our systems, including yours. If you are still within the return window you should be able to replace the recorder with a 2TB version and return the remaining components and 1TB recorder without reinstalling everything and get the added storage you are seeking.
