I needed a reliable DVR for my current camera system. I didn't use any of the new camera's but the DVR is perfect for my needs in my business. Connecting to my phone is also a breeze. Although, it seems night owl logs you out on the phone app every month. Annoying but I make it work.

Unfortunately, I purchased this camera for a nursing home since my mother was getting roughed up. I had it installed for only a week and a half and mom passed away. Now the camera is sitting in my basement not being used. I wish I could return the camera but I only had 15 days to return to get a full refund and with the funeral services, I did not make it within the 15 days.

Video quality could be better. But overall product works well

This security camera system is well balanced to get the job done with out you breaking your bank account.

easy to install. app isn't the greatest but works fin on the DVR, just wish it had sound.

I really like these cameras but changing your password is a bit difficult.

Had trouble setting it up. It would not show up on our TV even though it meet all the requirements. I ended up borrowing a computer monitor for the initial set up. They are set up and working now. I still have to order longer cables for 5 of the cameras. Also I kinda assumed the picture quality would be a bit better.

After spending many hours routing cables etc. I find that one camera dies shortly after installation, and then discover that they have major quality control issues with their products. The motion sensors would only pick up people and animals about half the time, and would not pick up vehicles driving down my driveway--in the same places where it would pick up a person. Their support service keeps you on hold for long periods, drops your calls, and uses people with foreign accents that can be difficult to understand, and then is baffled by your requests. I am being forced to return it as it does not live up to its advertising. I would not recommend this to anyone. DO NOT BUY!

Make sure you have enough wire if you are setting up perimeter surveillance.

Good product with great customer service. Easy to install and set up.
