Posted .Additionally, for those customers who are not able to run the wires, you can hire a 3rd party installer to come and assist. A wired CCTV system is still the most secure option in the market and well worth the effort. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

Garbage!!! Don't waste your money!!

We had purchased their older version but due to a lightening strike we had to purchase these. They are TERRIBLE!!! Do not waste your money like we did! The whole reason we bought them was for reliably checking the premises when were were not at the home. They are 'offline' more than they are working and it's absolute nightmare to speak with technical support. They don't help at all! I am looking into ANY other system that will actually work! VERY DISAPPOINTED I wasted to much time in installation (which is VERY hard) and money!

Don’t buy!!

App hasn’t been working for over a month now, and customer service has failed to do anything. Hundreds of people complain about the same thing yet they don’t seem to care. When the app is working it lags, and the audio has never worked. The quality of the cameras is fine and you can rewatch footage from your dvr, however if you’re away from home there’s no way you can check in or receive motion notifications. Too expensive for the app to not work a single minute!

hard to impossible

I was able to get it on my apple phone but ten days later it shut down and said it was a BAD TOKEN!!!!.... I never could get the app to install on my apple MacBook, and that app has all the instructions to operate the system..... The owl tec help speaks with forked tongue.... in some other language..... don't buy this OWL,, IT'S NOT VERY WISE!!!!!....

For example, at the same time Walmart was offering a box that included 3MP cameras.

Posted .Good Afternoon. This is not older stock. This is a brand new series with new technology. Yes, the resolution is 1080p and we sell systems with more advanced resolution. But this series includes our Built-in Motion Activated Spotlights and Human Detection Technology, neither of which is included with our 3MP systems.
