But on phone app it'll go offline and have to re-download or log off than on little more than once in a while, but thats just the app part. Other than that its a good service around the house.

Wired Security Cameras

We were looking for wired cameras so we did not have to purchase a continual cloud-based storage. These fit the bill. Nice quality and storage on the DVR.

Good system

A terrible system

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This system is basically a live camera view system. it does not record all of the activity and it is extremely difficult at best to view the recordings if you can see them at all. The app for the phone and computer is a joke. I had Arlo and I thought that was bad, this Night Owl is just as bad or worse. Customer service consists of a tech telling you to unplug the DVR and router and reconnecting. The app support consists of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No help either way. Do not waste your money on this system.

Great system for the price!

This is the third one we've purchased for separate properties. Install and set up is simple. I do recommend a couple longer cords depending on where you are installing some cameras.

great cameras for beginners

Very disappointed

When I asked about this product in the store I was told it does have audio but it does not and it does not record like it should I could go on and on but I will just leave it at very disappointing.

Very nice Surveillance System

Great live view 24/7 without cutting you off. No batteries to worry about charging. Very easy to set up and use.
