    by the time it load so you can check the activity detected there is no one there. if there is no more activity detected after the last video then you have to wait 24 hours to see the last video. Stupid. it worked better in the beginning but over tjme the lag just gets worse and less activity is detected.. I was waving my hands in front of camera and it did not detect or record anything. its has been doing that a lot and ive only had it less that a year. waste of money

    The cameras function perfectly as does the DVR, the only down side is that their app sucks. It ruins the whole experience.

    Cameras are fine, app is garbage

    So I wanted a system that had 24/7 recording and saw this system. It was great for three weeks, app worked for the most part and I was impressed....until it didn’t. The system itself still works...connected to the internet, hardwired to the router, all is good. The app that allows you to view your cameras away, now doesn’t show the device at all, then completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it detects the device on the network, but says it is offline. ( devices and cameras are working and hard wired).... Then I read the app reviews and it appears this is a common problem. I am actually ready to return this for my money back since I am still in the period of time and I would advise against this product if you want remote viewing.

    Good picture. App doesn't work more than half the time. Forget about customer support. If you just use dvr it's fine

    Very good video for the price. You may have to buy longer cables to locate the cameras where you want them.

    Was very disappointed with the cameras. When we're ready to put up the camera, one of the cameras came as a defected one. So, we got it replaced. We basically bought it so that we could view our house while we are away on our trip. So, 2 months later, we went on our trip for 2 months and suddenly our cameras lost signals but we were not able to contact the support team since we were outside of the country. So once we returned I contacted them and after going through a few steps asked by them they eventually had us sent in the cameras to be repair. Then, after they returned the cameras, I put installed them back on. After 3 weeks later, the same thing happened again. I am very disappointed with the products. And it was just hard to keep contacting the support team and then having to un-install and re-install the cameras every time this happen!
