Out of the box one of the cameras was darker than all of the others. Last week the HDMI and serial outputs quit working. Now GUI, now way to see the cameras outside of the app, when that works. Have not gotten a response on either support ticket, nor from Best Buy. BBB, complains show this is an issue. Sorry, I had very high Hope's for this new system.

These cameras are amazing for both day and nighttime. Very pleased with this purchase.

I trust bestbuy and their products That's why I bought this product,But unfortunately this product very disappointed me ,thier app its the worst app ever . cameras themselves are currently only live video they dont save any video and I didnt get any motion notification , I called thier coustomer service and I was answered by Unprofessional Employee I was trying to explain the problem to him and he was talking about power cable !!!! last time I went to a different state and all my time over there I was not able to use them to login and see whats happenning in my house ,I blame bestbuy to display these cheap quality products

Owned this for about a year I didn’t review it sooner because I want to use it for a good period to see what issues happen over time and I’m not impressed. The motion sensor has been slowly malfunctioning and doesn’t record all events. There have been times when I’m moving in front of the camera to check if it recorded and nothing. The service desk on the app doesn’t work so I call tech support and the wait time to speak to a tech is over 4 hours once they answer they blame it on the internet provider which is false because I have 500 speed. It’s been almost a year and issue has not been fixed. Also another glitch... it won’t allow you to see the last recording until there is another recording after that and if there is no other movement in that area you will never see it. You literally have to go move in front of the camera to cause it to record something else so you can see the previous recording. Seams pointless if you are away from home you will not see it. I’m definitely not impressed with this product.
