They work great but in far distance you can’t see the plate number

It's a good security system that's fairly easy to set up and use

These worked great! Sadly for some reason one of the cameras stopped working. Maybe by getting the wire that connected it to the box I’m not sure but it worked great until then.

You dont have to pay a monthly service fee but the app isn't great it keeps disconnecting me from the service asking for some kind of token. The DVR system works well tho. So if you just need for home usage then awesome but for a property with app it isn't that good.

Works great! Zones are a little sensitive for notifications

Purchased November 2019 - Installed Early December 2019 Not my first Video Surveillance System. First, I'll start with the great customer service that Best Buy provided. We were very happy that it arrived less than a week after it was ordered. We live in a fairly remote place so one week is excellent. Packaging and packing was excellent too. Second, the price on this surveillance system, for the quality and features was excellent. Installation and set up was fairly easy and is done just by following the manuals and on screen directions. It has taken a little time to learn all of the features but we are figuring it out. Picture quality is excellent. Overall, we like this system. Review Date: 3/27/2020

If you want the security without paying monthly, this is the way to go! Can use internet for these but it DOES NOT NEED IT TO WORK! Good picture quality as well.

Ok system for the money would buy it again clear picture

This the first time I’ve ever had a camera system and I have to say very simple to put set up. The app with the system is user friendly. I the one thing is definitely needs longer cables for a house.

Overall its a good camera system. Only downside to set up was having to use a TV to set up for the first time, which when its located in a closet makes it tricky. The app is handy for alerts, just wish it would auto update to the current view, not the last view of the camera's when you were last on the app.

This version of Night Owl camera system has been in use for almost a year. I only have experience with the Night Owl systems. The wireless cameras wouldn't reach across the house and this wired version is --- okay ---. They work -- sometime -- but they miss -- sometime -- . Not real dependable. ----------- The software used to monitor and or view the events is BAD -- on a good day. On a good day I can review 3-4 events before the software locks up. I must logout and wait for several hours to allow the surveillance system time to reset before logging back in and looking at the other events. Then it's 3-4 events and repeat the cycle.

Can figure out how to get into my phone. No instructions, but will look on UTube. My son installed with no problems. Super good clear picture. Motion sensor great, too. Looks good.

Clear picture with or without lights. Also, all extra features such as, ability to add additional cameras, up to 3 devices to monitor, still pictures and much more!! Great price too!!
