This lens is amazing! The auto focus works great and I love the zoom on it!

I recommend this in the bundle with the Nikon 7100. It's an outstanding value for the very high-quality and broad range focal lens. I also recommend getting a second prime lens with a larger aperture. The 35mm Nikon 1.8 is what I got and it is great!

It is a great Lens. Very light and crisp pic and cheap.

Excellent lens with not only wide angle, but telephoto capabilities. At 3.5 apt setting indoors one is limited, however with a speed light that is a non factor. It is not a full frame lens so I do not recommend this lens be used on anything but a crop sensor Nikon such as a D7100 or D7200 camera to avoid vignetting.

Great lens, easy to use, and real good price point here

Bought this lens because I wanted a lens that had a further reach than the standard AF-P Nikkor DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR kit lens that came with my Nikon D5600. The 18-55mm kit lens is very good starter lens that allowed me to take really nice pictures at family gatherings. However, the AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR not only covers the same focal length range as the kit lens that came with the camera, but it provides an additional 85mm of focal length that allows you to zoom in closer to your subject. This capability allowed me to get really close in and take excellent close up shots at our nephew's wedding as well as wide shots for taking group photos. Overall, I really like this lens.

Purchased after my 18-55 lens was damaged. Decided to try this as alternative to constantly swapping lenses to get close and long shots. Works well for close and medium long shots. Images look good. Was able to pick up in nearby store and try out before buying.

I love this lens. I makes me feel like I'm a pro just by having it on my camera. Major upgrade from my 18-55mm zoom. It works great on my D200, and makes the images on my LCD screen a lot more sharper. I give it a four star because it did not come with a filter. But not having the lens creep syndrome is the best thing about this lens. It's light too, so you can carry it in your hands while waiting for the perfect moment to snap the shutter. My advice to all the working amateurs, get this lens. It will make your pictures look great.

This was the basic lens that came in my package deal. It's a great lens. Great pics. Covered grand canyon from a helicopter, hoover dam, and Vegas strip. Takes really good pics.

With a full-frame equivalent to 27.5-210mm this lens covers a great range for general photography, especially during day light hours (it is not a "fast" lens). Autofocus is generally quick and accurate. Zom ring is just right -- not too firm or too sloppy. 67mm filters won't break the bank.

I love this lens especially when we go on vacation to Disney World. The zoom will cover almost all the pictures you need to take while you are there.

I was looking the camera for last one year which should very easy to handle for my son and same time high quality and professional for myself and finally this one has all.

This is a nice camera lens. It has an auto focus and takes a nice picture. I got this one so I would not have to change lenses to do up close and far away. I didn't realize they made an 18-300 mm or I would have gotten that one instead.

I bought this lens based on a review from DxOMark. They test every lens with every camera. That is why I bought the camera body without a kit lens and purchased this lens. Love it.

We bought this lense for my D5300 and have really been enjoying it. I have mostly only taken photos of nature: leaves, sunsets and a lot of photos of my family.

Great lens, quality is great. Auto-focus is a little noisy when recording video. But the zoom is great, great walk around lens. It zooms to 210mm due to the 1.5 crop factor. I would recommend this lens but maybe purchase the AF-P version.

I have the kit lens, a fixed 50mm and a zoom. This lens is by far my new favorite. It does wide angle and zoom and have great portrait ability too!

this is the only lens i really use now ... it works great for .. i do a lot of nature photography and this is wonderful for getting close without the nature knowing you are there

I think this is the best all around zoom lens you can get for a beginner at photography. This lens is quick and durable. Please get it for yourself and see !
