This lens is amazing! A must for ever DX Nikon shooter. Even if you have this covered in a zoom lens you don’t have it covered at 1.8.
Invaluable for low light..

I've owned this lens before on another camera and it was awesome. Bought it again when I got another Nikon and it never fails to impress. Excellent quality optics for the price.

I have been using this lens daily for a year and a half and there are no functional issues to date. It is lightweight, the clip is durable and it still works like a charm.

I love this lens! As a beginner in photography, this is a great value for a High Aperture lens. It's got a pretty quick Autofocus, havn't seen any issues with soft edges. For the price, you can't go wrong!

This lens is excellent for portraits both for large groups and close-ups of individuals. The ratio of field-of-view to image size makes this a go to lens.

This lens is amazing. I was going to get the 50mm, but went with the 35mm because my camera does not have a full-frame sensor. It is perfect for all uses.

It works great. It takes the most wonderful pictures. There is no zoom in or zoom out but that doesn't really matter to me. Most of the pictures I take are in the 35mm range.

This is my favorite lens so far. You can make the background of your subject like blurry at the lowest aperture. One of the lenses a photographer must have.

The f 1.8 aperture really expands my available light options and lets me precisely control depth of field. It brings back fond memories of my film photography days.
