    Bought this for high school sports photography and in good light it works great. It also integrates with the anti-vibration nicely. Get to know the settings as the focal area/type really influence how the pics come out. Autofocus is a little slow but if you hold the main button down halfway while tracking the action it will focus almost instantly. Didn't take great pics while zoomed at night but this isn't a very expensive lens and that's to be expected.

    I had this lense for 2 or 3 weeks and ended up trading it in for the 55-300. I just wanted to get that little extra zoom. However the pics I took with the 55-200 came out great & the lens works well.

    I wasn't sure i really needed a zoom lens, but I am glad I chose this one! I love the way it easily mounts, and I particularly like the fact that I can take photos of my subjects from a distance and get more natural, "unposed" shots becase of the great zoom range. I would recommend this lens to anyone.
