A great lense for a low price. Finally a very affordable zoom at 200-500mm. Excellent quality and worth the wait.

I took many shoots with this Lens and my D500. this is a Fantastic DUO. The Lens is sharp, the VR is amazing and the SPORT mode hepls when the subject is moving fast. This is a MUST HAVE Lens.

After reviewing all expert opinions I purchased this lens.my pictures are super good. Nothing more to explain since its Nikon.

A very impressive lens. I primarily do animal watching and the ability to snap high quality images from a distance is quite impressive. I use the D5000 body.

It's a big lens. Need 95mm filters. All auto functions work with D300 and D3000. So far pictures have been good.

The aperture size is really nice. It gives max exposure of the subject. Excellent choice for outdoor and even event photography if correct focal lengths are chosen.

Used primarily for wildlife and birding, this lens is the best buy for your money. 5.6 all the way through and very sharp.

I'm eagerly awaiting my trip to Canada to really test this out. It's definitely a bit heavy and I would suggest a sturdy tripod, but it's well worth it.
