My second AW130. The first one I dropped several times. The lens does not get stuck as it is all enclosed. It is also water proof. I take it with me in crawl spaces and don't worry about dirt. Also WIFI is great. Great camera for my purpose.

I am not thrilled by this camera. My husband got it because is hard to break, small and has bluetooth capcities. However, it has quite a long lag time to save the pictures. It's frustrating to take sequential pictures of kids with it. I would not buy it again. Pricey for the category I think it should be.

I took this camera to Maui and was a great purchase. The underwater quality is great and there are plenty of features such as filters and modes to get the best quality picture and video.

I bought his camera for a trip to the Caribbean. It takes excellent pictures both under and above water. Very impressed with the quality and much better than my GoPro Hero 4 for stills.

I use the camera for work right now. I have not used it at the beach, or around water yet, so I don't how effective it is at the beach or pool. I have used it in the rain, it has gotten wet, and it still works great.

Made three trips with this and a few sports events. Works fine for sill shots but not good for moving images. Will not catch anything moving without blur even someone walking. If you are buying this for active stuff reconsider one of the sports cameras. You know the names.

Got this camera for our teen. Having the waterproof feature was a selling point. For what she uses it for this camera is sufficient. Buttons on back of camera are really close together, but overall a nice unit.

I bought this camera for a trip to St. Thomas. I was very happy with the pictures above water and the photos and video I took while snorkeling. I suggest buying floatation strap because the camera doesn't float.

I borrowed a friends camera and liked that you could go in water and not worry about damaging it.

I've been looking for a point and shoot to supplement my DSLR. I wanted waterproof and some control over shots. Most of the ones I've seen have horrible curvature on landscapes. This has a good lens that gives me straight horizons. It is high-speed: I was able to shoot a concert with it recently. (and the speeds are faster than my DSLR!) As someone who grew up with manual cameras, I would like to take a bit more control from the camera, which this does not have, but it does seem to work well on its automatic settings. I haven't missed many shots because the auto settings messed up. There are things I would change, but most people would not care, so overall a good effort from Nikon.

The orange color is nice and bright. Feels really good when holding the camera. Bought it for vacation so I haven't used the camera yet. However setting up the camera and the menu system is very easy.

This camera is amazing! Great features and it takes great photos and videos. This camera goes with us on every vacation and withstands tons of abuse (drops, water, cold weather, hot weather, etc.)

I bought this camera for my son to use in his work. It is waterproof and very sturdy. He works around construction, so needed something just like this camera. It was a little more expensive, but worth it.
