Fantastic!! Love an auto focus and this one has been the best for my work as a photojournalist

Great zoom...and that's all. This camera has never been able to focus on movement. I have tried every setting this camera offers. I can zoom in on the moon and get an amazing shot, or I can take a photo of my dog walking in the backyard and she's blurry. Save your money. I've owned better Nikons, with better options, for less money. Unless you need a zoom. Spend $250 for a great zoom. Currently working with Best Buy to see what my options are for a return.

This camera takes very sharp pictures. And very easy to edit images.

My first camera of this type but The use of it is pretty easy. The hand grip is a nice size that fits in your hand without being excessive. As well having 2 conveniently placed zoom controls make adjusting zoom easy for multiple grip types. Articulating screen makes it alot simpler to take low or high angle shots without having to put yourself into awkward positions.

Love this small point a shoot camera. Only wish it had panoramic setting and removal lense to get a wide angle. Otherwise it was perfect for a touring trip of Europe. Although the geek guys told me about the MS ap that creates panoramic pics for you with your existing photos. Great help guys!

I purchased this camera to take pictures of my active 6 y/o. I had been using my Samsung Galaxy to take pictures but they didn't always come out to good during soccer/basketball games. The pics on this camera are great and no words can explain the zoom. I can get great face shots of my 6y/o. So happy I bought this.

This replaces one in the same family and I am very pleased with it. It is extremely hard to find a basic camera and almost a nightmare to find someone to help. The store assistant that helped me was excellent!!! I drove over 60 miles to get to a Best Buy store upon reference from my dental assistant. Thank You so much. There is still a good group of the population that does not rely on or want all of the technology. When I call my children and grandchildren, they know I want to talk to them and either answer or call me right back.

Nikon D500 great camera but is a shame that the wireless transfer program is not the best. Cannot transfer pictures half of the time. Had to transfer with a cardreader to a tablet. Half ot the feature that I got this camera for was the being able to transfer to social media with ease. The snapbridge app is very disappointing. Camera is excellent but not as advertised due to Nikon app for transferring is not up to grade. Frushtrating as I already had a Nikon L820.Tried SONY HX80 which at least would transfer photos as advertished and had great shots, however I exchanged for the Nikon for less shake. Disappointing about transfer app. Great camera.

I saw the Coolpix B500 in store when I was at the Bridgeton, MO location a week ago and it immediately caught my eye. I didn't buy in store b/c I am a buyer who likes to compare items and read every review at BestBuy.com. What do you know after all that research this camera checked every box and I ordered it online for in store pickup. Hello Full HD movie mode for all the videos for my neice and nephew and all the family outings. Best camera ever IMO!

Really pleased with camera. Easy to use with great options for pic enhancement. Glad it takes AAs, as I hate to be tied to a power source/outlet. Have no desire to transfer pics to phone or computer, so no concerns with interconnectivity. Battery cover does appear to be "touchy," but so far so good. Telephoto really does "reach out," and gives great results. Tried several sources to find camera in black, but did finally find at BestBuy and immediately bought it. Long reaching lens that takes high quality pics - a real winner for me!

My daughter loved this product. She received it for Christmas and this is her first camera. Easy to use and operate.

Brought this camera and so far it is working great. Looking forward to the wifi abililities.

I am very sad to report that I will be returning this camera because it does not have the advertised functionality of being able to connect to my iPhone. I worked with Geek Squad and then Nikon customer service who both told me that contrary to the manual, online propaganda and the information printed on the box, this camera will not connect to an iPhone because "Apple has not created the app like they were supposed to." I really liked everything else about the camera, but the main reason I selected it was for ease of photo transfer, which it doesn't have. I would be nice if both Best Buy and Nikon were upfront about this, would have saved me a lot of time and heartache.

Didn't receive a charger n there was no mention of it in the manual. Could not connect to the software SnapBridge like everyone else. I read some of the reviews, but not all. I purchased by the ratings. I will be taking it on vacation n will see how it performs. Bu that time the 14 day return policy will have expired.

I like it. It works similarly to my Canon pro, but not as big. Nice to take when going places so I don’t have to always use my phone camera.

I got this Camera for Christmas. And i love it. i would buy it for my mom if she ever wanted one that's how good it is. She tryed mine and liked it.

Bought the camera for my wife and she hasn't put it down. Extremely easy to use and super reliable. Highly recommended
