    Was going to buy a regular SLR camera. After reading about the Nokon line of digital SLR's I decided to go the lazy route and go for something more point and shoot. Quite happy with this camera and it's simplicity

    I was sad when my previous camera died. I had looked for a long time for a camera with the features I wanted. I read a lot of reviews, and finally found the Nikon P530. I have only used it for a short while but it easy to use, has all the features I wanted (a view finder as well as the screen), and was reasonably priced. It takes good pictures. The zoom is a control on the top and that has been my biggest adjustment as all of my cameras you have had to manually zoom in and out with the actual lens.

    This is a great camera for simple shots. Nice focus and easy to use. If you are doing a lot of action shots I might get something with additional ens options.
