My daughter(17yo) went to Germany to visit with an exchange student and her family for 3 weeks this past summer. She had a Canon point and shoot, but we could not find it. I looked on line and found a nice Canon point and shoot at Best Buy. When I got there, they did not have it. After talking to the sales person, pick this camera. Shock and water proof, not just resistant. The pictures my daughter brought back from Germany were very good. The features on this camera for the price and being shock and water proof are great.

Great camera for the beach. Took great pictures on the sunny beach, and didn't have to worry about sand and water affecting it. Bought this camera for use on the beach only, and didn't want to spend a lot on it.

The camera is very easy to use and takes great pictures. It is also easy for videoing. The rechargeable battery is long lasting before I have to recharge. I took the camera on a nine day sightseeing trip and it worked perfectly. It was also very inexpensive to purchase. I love it.

Bought camera for 18 year old female. she loved the style and the fact that it has the waterproof feature. She hasn't tried the waterproof feature since it is winter but loves the picture quality and video quality

Used during Christmas took great inside pictures. Can't wait to try underwater.

This camera was a gift for my young granddaughter who loves to take pictures with her mother's phone. She has a great eye for beauty so this was a perfect camera to start her on. It's easy to pick options, durable and takes great pictures. It's also great for those of us who prefer point and shoot cameras.

We already bought one of these for our 11 year old daughter and it was a great purchase. Our 9 year old wanted one so we bought another one. Easy for them to use and a great price. Takes nice pictures too.

Great underwater camera for the price. Regular pics on par for price range. Better for underwater pics. Rechargeable battery doesn't last very long so had to buy a second one which was very expensive.

This camera is easy to understand and set. I am a Realtor and needed a good camera. The pictures come out great and I can adjust the size. It also has the date and time stamp that I needed.

It easy to use, the pictures you take look so real. New details on camera are different from other Nikon camera that I had. It's has a new battery and you can charge in camera instead of using recharge battery's Everytime. Recommend this camera for everyone. The is a perfect gift for anyone.

I bought this camera for my upcoming vacation and can already tell is a very good product. Compact, easy to use and to set up, and it doesn't hurt that it looks great! Can't wait to try it in the water!

I'd been using the same digital camera for years. It took great photos with crystal clear resolution & quality. Sadly, age took its toll & the camera wouldn't keep a battery charge anymore. My girflriend had a more recent camera but it took what I could only describe as blurry, oil-painting-ish photos. Not what I wanted consider my older one was so sharp. So I bought this one. Con right off the bat is that it does the same thing BUT big pro is it has the option of huge pixel size that once a picture is resized smaller, the blur/oil-painting effect is hardly noticeable.

The camera takes great pictures video is easy to use the sales people did a great job at describing in helping me find a Camera and accessories for it

After doing lots of research on cameras with impact and water resistance I chose the Nikon. My daughter has been happy with the camera. The size of the camera fits her hands well and she likes the different features of the camera.

Overall, this camera is good. It's small and compact and sturdy. It takes OK pictures underwater, but the clearer the water can be the better.

Bought this camera for my wife since she wanted a little more than her phone had to offer. Reasonably priced and easy to use. Great pics.
