Great camera for kids. Waterproof and very sturdy. Only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that to re-charge the battery, you have to have the battery/memory card compartment open. If not careful, you could end up with damage to the hinge opening.

We bought this camera to take under water pictures for a cruise we were taking. We were impressed with the quality of under water and regular pictures it took. A good deal for the price.

If you compare this to a more expensive underwater camera it has a few less features. But if you compare to a real camera both have a LOT less features. The point is it goes under water. I'm glad I saved on those features I don't really need and I have a really good normal camera, this one does the job for under the water.

We went down to mexico and while there wanted to swim with the sea turtles in alkamal beach. This camera was a great option to record our memories. Although it was a cloudy day the pics came out quite nice. We took both pictures and movies while snorkeling. During the next few days we used the camera around the pool at the hotel...

Bought this camera for my 10 year old daughter and she loves it! Different filters and underwater features

The camera took good pictures at the beach and under water. You need to take your time when taking a picture and let the camera focus properly. About 20% of our pictures were not really clear.

This is an awesome camera for someone who is always dropping their tech in water since it's waterproof. It worked right out of the box. You HAVE to get the extra storage.

I loved this little camera. Fit in my hand like a glove. However, I discovered I had a camera in storage that I had forgotten about and couldn't rationalize the purchase at the time. Would definitely buy it if I lived near water or for a youth. Very rugged.

My wife and I were looking for a camera to go snorkeling with and this was it. It took some pretty good pictures underwater.

I purchased this camera for my 11 year old granddaughter before she went to camp. We stayed at a hotel with a nice pool that evening, and she spent the entire time in the pool with her camera. No problem being in water, and she has really enjoyed it.

I purchased the Nikon Coolpix S33 Waterproof Digital Camera as a replacement for my previous pocket camera that broke when I dropped it. I am still getting use to remembering how to use the various camera settings. I find the settings and ease to use somewhat more difficult than my previous camera. Photos seem to be a bit granny compared to my previous camera even though the Coolpix S33 has more megapixels. Overall, I would rate it as a great beginner camera or for use when you don't want to carry around a more expensive camera.

Great pictures underwater and works really good for the value.

I bought this camera in hopes of being able to snap photos underwater or even just near the water without having to worry about destroying the camera but after just two uses, the camera appeared to have water damage! I didn't even take the camera underwater 1 foot. I took photos at a water park while lounging on a tube in the lazy river and naturally water got splashed onto the camera but it's supposed to survive that. I'm very disappointed and hoping the new one I had to order isn't going to give me the same problem

Good camara fpr thr price. Takes good clear pictures. Did not like the fact it does not zoom other then that it was good

Bought this for our daughter for Christmas. This waterproof camera should handle just about anything she shows at it.
