This is a very nice camera with excellent photo quality and simple to use wifi function. Many of the camera photo settings are rather complicated and non-intuitive though. Once you get through the learning curve it is an excellent camera.

This camera is very easy to operate. It is very intuitive to figure out what the various buttons do. A quick read of the Getting Started Guide was all I needed. The quality of the photos is excellent. Great color and clarity. I took some great photos of the full moon. I highly recommend it.

This camera provides excellent picture quality (16mp) in a very small package that can be carried in your pocket. The 20X zoom lens captures very good picture resolution even at several hundred yards. A good investment as a more portable camera, even if your primary camera is an SLR.

This camera is small to fit in pocket but at the same time takes great pictures. We weeee to get another battery from geek area but when we did was sent email that they had no extra batteries. We could get from other source and would be reimbursed but was unhappy about.

Love the photo quality! Love the way it connects to my phone. HATE where the flash is - I put my finger there and often ruin a photo because I am blocking the flash. It's like I have to relearn how to hold a camera!

Small enough to make it easy to grab and go. Easy to use. Only downfall is all the stuff you have to read to learn how to use all the features. Too bad I had to print up all 150+ pages of the manual online. The little manual that you get with the camera doesn't even cover a small portion of what you need to know.

The Epson projector was such a breeze to handle. It is light weight and has it's own carrying bag. Once we connected to the computer, which was really easy as well, the brightness and clarity of the picture was better than what we have seen with previous projectors.

It was time to replace my old "point and shoot" Canon digital camera, and I was happy to find this Nikon cool pix for a good price at Best Buy. It has most of the features I wanted. Unfortunately, this camera, as now do all the smaller cameras, uses a lithium rechargeable battery. I have always liked the ease of being able to replace ordinary AA or AAA batteries during my travels abroad, but, I am going to give this one a try. The camera does have a really great 20X Optical Zoom, perfect for my amateurish attempts to photograph my wildlife neighbors in the redwood forest. I wish the camera was a tad bigger, though, so that my 74 year old arthritic hands could hold it more securely. But all in all, I love the camera, and am enjoying using it.

I haven't shopped or purchased a camera in a while but this one is perfect for what I need. My wife and I took a short vacation back in September and this camera was perfect for that trip. The battery lasted for 2 days, although that was with moderate use. I am by no means a camera expert but this one works easily and took great quality photos, much better than any Smartphone!

Picture quality is excellent. But camera is noisy if taking wildlife pictures. And it is inconvenient that one cannot remove battery for charging or cannot have spare batteries because you must charge camera directly with battery embedded in camera.

A great easy to use camera that takes really good pictures, vivid color, and has many preset features. Only issue, as with most small point and shoot cameras, low light photos are trouble.

I bought this camera right before going on a trip out of the country. I wanted something that wasn't complicated to use and took good pictures. The sales lady suggested this camera and showed me how to work everything on it. I had no problems operating it and it takes great pictures. It Is not pricey and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this camera to any person who just wants to take good pictures inside and outside and not be complicated.

I forgot my camera on a recent vacation. I found where the the local Best Buy was and it was on Michigan Ave, In Chicago. I had never been there so it was a pleasure to walk The Miracle Mile on my way to find my new camera. The store on my arrival was very busy, but the staff was very nice. The young gentleman that helped me was especially nice. It seemed his goal to help me find a camera to meet my specific need for this vacation. I was also pleased that he seemed genuinely helpful on not only finding a great camera but not the most expensive.
After my purchase,He helped me put it together and make sure it was ready to take pictures as soon as I left the store.
I have enjoyed the camera and it takes great photos. I especially like the 20x zoom which enhances long distance photos.

Purchased at Black Friday sale for MIL. She is 76 with shaky hands but loves to take pics with all of her friends on their travels and luncheon dates.
Next to Sony (my personal favorite), Nikon is a great product for point and shoot and less expensive than Sony. She's been using a Canon point and shoot that we bought her a few years ago but it didn't have enough zoom for her tastes and its image stabilization is not as good as Nikon (or Sony) for her shaky hands. She is also a bit of a spaz and tends to over-react when the auto-focus turns green and says it's ok for her to push the button "all the way down" -- this Nikon is perfect for her.
She's so excited now about it that she surfing YouTube for vid's on how to use all of the fancy functions. Suddenly, she's becoming a bit of a photo artist!

This camera is nothing spectacular, but it's probably the best one I've found for the price. Some online reviews I've read complained about focus issues, but I haven't experienced much of that yet. The trick is to lightly press the shoot button only halfway down to allow the camera to adjust its focus before pressing that same button down all the way to actually take the picture. This technique is even mentioned in the instruction manual. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the camera and don't have any major complaints.

I'm extremely pleased with the performance, size and ease of use of my new S7000. Because of it's small size, the options printed on the selection wheel are almost impossible to. read. Necessary to read choice on screen. This is only negative comment I can make.

We purchased this camera for my father-in-law to replace a compact that had seen its final days. He was looking for a compact, point and shoot, that he could carry in a hip case. This camera did all those things very well. He was able to use it immediately with only a few suggestions. He likes the weight, feel and probably has taken over 500 photos with it. The range of zoom from wide to close up, and flash when needed all work very well. Highly recommended for a modestly priced compact camera.
