Lightweight, easy to use, simple menu, takes great pictures and videos. No flaws really.

I am a middle school journalism teacher. I purchased 3 of these cameras on the recommendation of a colleague. They are easy to use, hold their battery and the SD card is next the batter. The kids love experimenting with the settings, but they always know they can take a picture on automatic and it will turn out great. As I continue to add cameras to my classroom inventory I will only by Canon. Plus, the BEST Buy warranty is the best. If a student accidentally damages a camera I can bring it in for repairs. I never buy less than the 3 year plans.

I am just blow away by this camera so many amazing features. Yes it is great for beginners but it is a camera to progress with as well. My favorite settings are landscape, macro, and night. You can see photos from this camera on sites like Flickr just search the camera name. I truly believe anyone who purchases this camera will not be disappointed.

If you are a novice, I would look elsewhere. That being said, this camera is a great for someone who has experience with manual settings. Great pixel quality, light weight and easy to use.

I wanted to upgrade to a high end camera for sometime. After much research I settle on the Nikon D3300. I am very happy that I did. It is a great camera, that takes very good photos. I have been taking lessons on the camera and am please with all the function that are available. I would recommend this camera to anyone that wants to upgrade to SLR camera. The price is very good also.

I used a point and shoot Canon G5 for years, but wanted to move to a DSLR. I like Canon products, but after reading many reviews, the Nikon D3300 seemed to provide the most for the money. Professional reviewers expressed a preference for the D3300, as well. The lenses that come with the kit are capable of producing excellent landscape and portrait photos. Though reviewers point out the D3300 has fewer control options than the more expensive models, there are enough to introduce one to the fundamentals of photography. It also comes with an automatic setting for situations that do not allow time to adjust shutter speed, aperture settings and other elements that combine to produce a shot. I am pleased with my D3300 and look forward to experimenting, learning, and taking better photos as I do so.

The Nikon D3300 bundle with an Nikkor 18-55 lens and an Nikkor 55-200 lens is an excellent buy. While the D3300 is one of the basic models in the Nikon line is possesses professional level features and crystal clear pictures. It is easy to use and also provides professional level capabilities. The bundle with two lens and a bag provides all the basics you need to get started. The help I received in the Best Buy store making this purchase was excellent and I would recommend them again.

This is a great camera. The pictures come out very nicely. It is easy to use. It is light weight. I took it on vacation and got some great shots. I love the camera.

I got a great bundle and price when I bought it! Very new to me but I'm getting the hang of learning the DSLR camera. It has a huge amount of editable settings to customize your camera to fit almost every need. I use it as the family camera but it takes professional grade pictures. Although its a hassle to carry around because the size, its worth it for when you want to get better quality pictures than your phones can give. Long battery life I feel, and amazing zoom with these lenses made it perfect for getting pictures of graduates from the audience floor. Not good for motion, even slight motion it will get blurred so that is unfortunate when you have a baby you're trying to take professional style pictures of. Overall it is a nice camera tho. Perfect for still frames and the video is nice and clear too. Haven't used the shutter fly bonus but the mobile adapter is not anything special. I won't use it, instead I just put the SD card directly into my computer.

I fought and fought with canon and nikon lovers, i researched, i reviewed...finally picked this. I love it. Great for a beginner. A BB associate actually sold me on this. He literally walked me through a canon and nikon equivalent feature by feature, setting by setting. I chose Nikon because it walks you through manual mode (basically) so i could learn through trial and error Aperature, Shutter, WB, ISO, etc. Great pictures, great features, great camera.

The camera came with two lenses, one better than the other. I was amazed at the zoom action they performed. Easy to use and the battery lasts long.

I've been using this camera for the past two months and I'm very impressed with the picture quality. The zoom lens really helped me take some terrific photos at my kid's soccer game. This is a great cost-effective bundle for an novice user moving from a point-and-shoot to a DSLR. I choose this D3300 bundle over the D3200 bundle mainly b/c the lenses have the VR (Vibration Reduction) system which is important when using a zoom lens, plus the D3300 has slightly better all around specs and a couple add'tl features.

Camera is small and very handy to carry. The Nikon bag, WIFI dongle and a memory card were free with my purchase. Using WIFI dongle I can take my own pictures with click on my smart phone, with camera mounted on tripod. picture clarity is awesome. I compared and made a lot of research when buying this item and I was considering Canon T5i as well. But after buying NIKON D3300 I feel that my friends T5i is not as good as my camera :)

This camera far exceeds my expectations for a camera of this price. It functions as if we paid much more than we did. We used it for my friends coming home from deployment and also Christmas pictures with my family and the quality of the pictures turned out to be the quality of a professional at a $200 rate. We will get much use out of this camera and it is very easy to use for beginners. In auto mode works flawlessly and once we read the instructions we started using the other modes as well great camera for the price. Very pleased.
