This is a great DSLR camera to get started with. Out of the box, the auto point and shoot setting takes great pictures. As you learn more about the different settings and features, you can switch to manual mode to take more advanced pictures. Overall I am pleased with the camera and the price I paid for it.

I love the camera. I bought the extra lenses also. Takes great pictures. Easy to use. Lots of specialty settings. I bought this camera instead of a point and shoot. The biggest drawback would be the inconvenience of changing different lenses. But, if you really love photography, that is not an issue.

With out spending too much money, this model of Nikon works for me. I like the ability to shoot in low light, have some program and manual control of exposure. Add on items are endless, it is lightweight for traveling. I have had a Nikon Coolpix for a few years and never had any problems it.

This has turned out to be a great camera. Simple to use but has a lot of nice features. Bought for our high school son who was just starting photography. Was recommended by a photographer. It is a great base with add-ons available that he will be able to advance with for quite a few years.

Except for the necessity of reading the manual, the camera works beautifully with no prompting. Pictures are professional quality and clarity and camera, even with the two interchangeable lenses, is easy to use. Love it!

Taking photos with th Nikon D3300 can be as simple as using the auto feature or as intricate as using the many other manual features. I am just getting back into the SLR world. This camera is not intimedating for the novice and does a nice job of satisfying even the professional.

I purchased this camera as my first DSLR in order to take some above average pictures in Hawaii. I am very happy with the picture quality of the stock VR lens that it came with. Taking pictures were easy in auto and semiautomatic modes, and the auto focus was one of the better I've used (but then again the only other SLRs I've used were about 5 years older). Overall I find the D3300 and easy camera to start playing with for an excellent price. I do wish it had a touchscreen display thought since navigating through the menu without it can be quite annoying.

I've been wanting a better camera to take on hikes and read a lot of reviews of Nikon - D3300 Dslr Camera with 18-55mm VR Lens that were good. I've been happy with it too. It's fairly easy to get started taking great pictures and has a lot of features to create different effects.

This camera is very easy to use. There's a lil high tech things this camera can do that will take a lil time to learn but jus to use the camera for a normal camera is very simple and takes great pictures now when u learn the high tech things u can take pictures to a new level

This is my second dslr camera and by far my favorite. Nikon had an app that allows you to control camera remotely which is great for family pics. Take very high quality pictures even in low light.

Wow what a great camera. All of my previous camera's have been the point and shoot type so I was wondering about my ability to work with this new one. It was so easy to learn and takes great pictures.

This Nikon is great for a beginner who is learning how to use all the special features of a camera that is not a point and shoot. The extra features are fun the play with and allows the photographer to take make a spin on a simple picture.

Needed to replace my dad's camera and while he is good with technology needed it to be easy to operate as well for my mom. This camera is just what they both needed. She can do the basics and he can do more! Great price and great value.

In a total novice when it comes to cameras but it as relatively easy to use! The picture quality is awesome and the zoom is incredible. Get the wifi. Makes it so easy to upload to your mobile devices to share on social media! Great camera

I bought this for my wife as a wedding present. She was a beginner and this had everything she needed to take amazing photos on our honeymoon. It's fairly easy to use after opening. This camera has a stunning picture quality.
