Having had a SLR camera for years, I decided it was time to get a new one. Having looked at all of those on display I decided on this one as it had all the features I was looking for. Having purchased the camera and taken it out for some test pictures I am truly amazed at the clarity of the pictures, simply amazing. I just know I'll be enjoying this camera for a good number of year. I'm so pleased I purchased it!

I bought this camera hoping to begin to learn DSLRs. It came with two lenses: (18-55mm F3.5 and 70-300mm). It's a great camera with a large enough sensor. Pros: -the camera has lots of great features -feels heavy -comes with two lenses -includes wireless transfers to phones in order to share pics easily -pic quality is amazing Cons: -doesn't have the LCD at the top with manual control settings -the LCD screen isn't touch screen nor does it move -no mic input jack -some pics are of lower quality Overall, this camera is great for a beginner starting out with photography and works amazing for videos with settings for up to 1080p 60fps recording

Its hard to believe this is just a basic model. Is user friendly and even has a tutorial mode. The zoom lens in the package is plenty good for a beginner. Doesn't have wifi capabilities which I knew when I purchased.It is blue tooth capable. Nikon has an app that is compatible with smart phones or tablets. Had priced a Canon model but went with some professional reviews and am very satisfied.

I got this camera for my wife for Christmas. She is absolutely a static because I gave it to her early so she could use it for the whole season. Amazing resolution.

I bought this camera combo setup for my company to improve our photos for our newsletters, website, and graphics usage. The camera is simple to use, but still has some advance functions that will give a user a chance to grow into photography should they be inclined to do so. It is a fast camera that can quickly be setup for a shot. The flash has helped several pictures come through were-as a cell phone flash just doesn't cut it. I have liked it enough to consider buying one personally. I would give it 5 stars, but I'm still learning the camera, and don't like giving 5 stars until it blows me away. But all in all, a great camera and value with the lens combo.

I have never done any form of photography before, and so I did a lot of research before buying this camera. And as everyone said, this was the perfect choice for starting out! It is incredibly easy to use and walks you through the use of it with easy to understand steps. The only real complaint I have is the lack of internet support. It does have Bluetooth connectivity, but it would be nice to be able to post my pictures without having to first transfer them to my phone. But, sans that one gripe, I really like this camera! It has helped to get me interested in going outdoors just to get the perfect shot. I would definitely recommend it if you are planning to start doing photography!

It's been a long time since I used a 'real' camera; the functionality of this model meets all my needs. I've shot HD video and stills, never worrying about storage with the 32G card. I need to explore the manual to release all this potential. A spare battery should be considered if you'll be using the camera for several hours. The included lenses are perfect for all my uses: portrait, theatre, scenic and wildlife.

TV has a clear picture. It was easy to set up and begin watching. The view size is great and the sound is very good. It has all the needed apps loaded and is very easy to access the apps.
