    I'm what one might call a novice but I found this camera to be easy to navigate and learn about. It takes good pictures and if i had more skills I bet I could say it takes great pictures.

    The Nikon D3400 camera is a great camera that is easy to use and it takes awesome pictures. One of the reasons I bought it was for the faster shutter speed and I have been very pleased. I have 3 grandsons that don't like to pose so fast shutter speed was important. I recommend the camera for beginners as well as more experienced photographers. The manual settings let you be as expert as you want to be.

    When I first saw the price of the camera I didn't want to buy it. But after looking at all the reviews and seeing how the camera comes with more megapixels then the canon. When I took the first picture, I noticed right away that it has been the perfect camera and it shows the true color of a picture. I only wish that inside of the box it can maybe come with a demo/tutorial on the correct way to use it

    Bought this camera after I had my baby so I can take fun photos of her and fancy monthly photos. I'm not a pro at all nor have I ever owned a DSLR. The already set up options are fun and so easy I just use those to take photos. Haven't done anything with the specs or numbers tho. Not fond of not have a selfie or flip display. If your taking a video it won't auto focus. So not an ideal vlogging camera.

    Was having a hard time finding a camera for indoor swimming meets. This camera came highly recommended from a friend and it has not disappointed. I am able to get great shots of my kids and their teammates swimming in races with minimal lighting as well as while outdoors. I have also used it for field hockey and other sports and it works great for them as well.
