Had seen this camera in a bundle package online on one of Best Buys Market place sites, so I went in the store to see if they had any deals as good. They didn't but I thought maybe since I was there I would see if they could order the one I saw. They did more than that, they took the majority of the items listed online ( I didn't need a few of the small items anyway) pieced them together and matched the price and I left with my new camera and a smile on my face!

I love my new camera! The D5300 is the next step up from the D3200 that I previously owned. This one has many more features and tutorials! Nikon is always my go to and this is why. They always have the next best thing!

Purchased based on positive reviews and am very pleased. Kit lens isn't impressive, but serves its purpose for wide angle shots. 55-300 Nikor lens is awesome. The more I improve my skills, the more I like this camera.

Camera takes great pictures and you can study up on ways to take your camera to the next level. Perfect for taking pictures of family- not a great zoom as you would have to buy another lens.

This camera was a replacement for my Nikon D3200, I am thrilled with this upgrade has some built in features like WiFi that my old camera did not. Also has a better processor is just a high quality camera.

This is a great DSLR entry level camera !!! I has enough technology to be creative and take great photos and its not as complicated or costly as the high end cameras, yet the pictures are just as good.

Couldn't. have asked for a better camera. Slight learning curve, but great features! Wanted more than another point/shoot. Researched several brands and styles and this one suited my requirements....

Love the camera, and the fact that you can use the app to download to your phone. Since I don't have a home computer, this is awesome. Still going through all set up, so will update at a later date.

There's so much to learn about this camera and all the wonderful things I know it can do--it takes fabulous pictures in point and shoot mode, and I know it won't let me down in manual mode, either!

I have always enjoyed photography . I took pictures with my cell phone. It's ok . With the d5300 is a big difference . You can get help like d5300 for dummies to help . You will enjoy your camera

It's awesome. Before buying this, I have confusion in choosing between Thisbe and canon T6i . Some how I choose this. Now, I am very happy with my decision. It's too handy and very easy to use.
