Great deal and great quality for less money.I absolutely recommend this Camera D5500. There is not big difference between 5500 and 5600..but there is a price difference of 300$. Camera lovers go for it.

Bought this for my wife as her first DSLR. Easy to use and has a lot of nice features. Can get as creative as you would like but you can also take great pictures in auto or one of the scenes modes.

I bought this camera for 3 reasons: It was on sale; I already had a D80 Nikon camera, so my lenses, flash, & remote works with it; lt’s A Nikon. I love it. The LCD display is completely rotational & it’s a touch screen making menu selections much easier. Has WiFi. Good weight & great pictures.

This is an excellent entry level camera, the body itself weighs very little. The photos are nice and sharp, even in low-light conditions. I love the feel of the controls, the buttons are nicely positioned, and easy to get. Overall, I think this is an excellent option for anyone who is looking for a slightly cheaper option for a DSLR.

Have always owned and shot with Nikon since the 80's. Was looking to upgrade my primary camera and saw the D5500 package for sale. Nice lens package included and the 5500 is typical Nikon quality. Solid build, nicely engineered. Great everyday semi-pro/amateur shooter. Purchased an 18-140mm lens for everyday use and have a 3300 DSLR for the 35-80mm lens and 75-300 depending on situation. Love the camera. Nothing but positives to say about it. Highly recommended value.
