    I went back and forth on getting a mirrorless camera or DSLR, and the D610 felt perfect in my hand. The photo quality is fantastic, and there are a ton of lens options.

    This camera produces great pictures. Nikon cameras have been in my family for many years and I believe in the brand. Lots of features, changeable lens, FX and DX support.

    I have been using the camera for about a month now and it has been exciting to see the difference from my Nikon D5000. The camera offers a ton of professional level adjustments yet can still give the DSLR newbie some easy "auto" types of settings. Just need to be aware of what lens you use. If you use any DX lens, the camera can use less of the detector since the DX lens has a smaller image size than the FX lens.

    Upgraded for D7000. The focus is sharper. The facial tones are like pearl. Love the full frame sensor. I'm giving my clients a much better product now.
