Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the D7100 DSLR Camera's superior image quality and ease of use. Many appreciate its extensive features and competitive price point, while some note limitations in buffer size and the lack of built-in Wi-Fi. Positive feedback also highlights its strong low-light performance and responsive autofocus system. The camera's lightweight design is another frequently cited advantage.

Lot of camera-need schooling for full use ability
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comfortable feel, good control locations, flexible programs for creativity, clear bright screen, fast response, typical Nikon quality. Viewfinder could be more accurate but not bad. The user manual is like a dictionary and various settings necessitates some photo experience.

Photo quality, Size, Lots of Features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first DSLR Camera. I'm still learning how to use it. I have been playing around to see what all this camera can do. I like that I can focus in one spot and make everything a blur around it. I have the Tamron 18 to 270mm. Well rounded lens. Over all great product. Highly recommend.

Excellent Pictures
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent camera. Upgraded from Nikon D80 to the D7100. Couldn't be happier. Photo quality is excellent. Used camera on a vacation and can't believe the difference between the D7100 and the D80. Such improvements.

Slow and Inaccurate Focus
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This camera is plagued with slow and inaccurate focus. About 60% of my images are blurred, with the other 40% being tack sharp. Been shooting a long time, camera shake or camera motion is not the problem. Nikon's firmware update, 1.01, dated 25 June 2013, makes no mention of focus issues. They need to release a firmware update that corrects these focus issues.

Warning Bad Hiss/Static in Audio!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy if you want to use the mic port and want to record audio in camera. You will have to record separately and sinc. Nikon says it's normal and will not do anything about it. If you are buying for video, you will be disappointed.
