Good for pictures video. I am still learning the features on this camera. But are pleased with it soo for. The new 18-140 lens I got form Best Buy is great.

This camera feels great in the hands, nicely balanced. Controls are in logical places. Menus are clear and well-organized. Having two card slots is great for shooting JPEGs and RAW at same time - you never know when you'll capture that amazing shot that you want to post-process. We download all the JPEGs, but dump all the RAWs except the "keepers" to save space on our home computer.

I am so happy I made this purchase. I upgraded from a D5100 and it is like night and day. The features and expanded capabilities are worth every penny!

Functionality is outstanding as is the quality of the images.

Professional quality pictures from an amateur. Multiple focal points almost guarantee sharp pictures. Colors are clear and sharp. Controls are handy and make it quick and easy to adjust ISO, aperture and shutter speed for sudden light changes. Very solid feel. Dollar for dollar this has to be Nikon's best camera. Easily on par with the more expensive models.

If you are looking for a high end non-full frame camera, this is a best one. Got a 50-300 lens along with this and enjoying it a lot.

Camera exceed expectations and best of all was at a reasonable price point. First time DSLR purchase and haven't looked back.

I bought this camera to replace my Nikon D-80 from years back. This is such a great camera with tons of new features. I have enjoyed experimenting with this camera and finally learning all the many features that can be used to produce excellent photos. This is the camera. This is by far my best camera to date with out going FULL FRAME. I truly hug my self everyday I shoot with this camera. I'm an owner of a local Photography company in Panama City and this is one I keep in my bag and use as my main cam. So much more then all my others. I don't know why your reading this when you should be buying it. Stop reading this and buy the camera. 5 out of 5. Stunning photos 2 times as good as the D7000. I owned a D7000 for two years and I must say I'm very pleased with the upgrade. GO NIKON! GO BEST BUY!
