My camera fell downstairs in the bag (due to my lack of supervising a child with it) and the camera was not harmed at all. (Nor was the kid) I’ve had to bring the camera in the rain and this case has done well at keeping it dry even though it isn’t “waterproof.”

You would be amazed at how much stuff you can squeeze into this bag. I was literally shocked. Like - wow! It’s a very nice bag. One that I might add I wouldn’t have bought had it not been free. So I consider this a win!
