I use 2 of these in each camera with a batter grip on both and they last longer than a 12 hour wedding

You cannot possibly head out to photograph bears for a week without having at LEST a hand full f camera battery with you! Battery life IS affected by cold... so sometimes it pays to get those little hand warmers and throw one in with your camera equipment if you are going to be camping out in the cold... otherwise all batteries will lose power because of it!
