Horrible online tracking system

It said shipped, showed an ETA but there wasn’t any tracking information until after the website was telling me it was due at my house. I didn’t realize there wasn’t actually tracking. Super deceiving to have it say it’s shipped and give an ETA without tracking. I run a business and I needed this for a job that weekend. It didn’t show up so I had to purchase elsewhere but couldn’t cancel because it had “shipped” which clearly it never did for days. Won’t buy again when I’m needing something for a job from Best Buy online.
