Over the years I have come to realize that not all batteries are created equal. The Nikon-branded batteries work beautifully, and keep going much longer than many other camera batteries I have used. They support a lot of shooting and long sessions, and you quickly stop worrying about them. They are not, however, cheap. I have come to think it wise to feed your camera with OEM batteries, although I didn't necessarily feel that way before I had a Nikon.

I purchased this battery as a backup for my Nikon D750 and this works as good as the original battery. It is sturdy made and it lasts all day. I shoot a lot of photos so it gets the job done! Must have! Do yourself a favor and keep this battery on hand. Do NOT purchase the knock off because it will over heat and lose charge quickly.

Well, it’s an extra battery to go in my grip for the D500. It’s works as expected. Everyone should have an extra battery with them. Pricey but functional. Nikon is the best, always used their products, the quality is worth the price.

I purchased the Nikon EN-EL15b Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery as a back-up when out and away from a place to charge batteries. You can never have enough batteries. This battery works great, don't waste your money on cheap after market batteries!

Bought this battery as a backup for the one that came with my Nikon D850 camera. This one has never failed me and seems to work perfectly. There are cheaper off-brand versions but I've heard you get what you pay for with them.

The battery charges easy and hold a charge well. Would recommened as Nikon's battery work well the their cameras.

Still expensive, but you always want to use a genuine Nikon battery with your very expensive Nikon camera. Saving $40 on a generic battery is not worth damaging your camera for. Also, there have been several counterfeits of this battery. Several other retailers have been hit with the counterfeits. I suggest researching your newly bought battery to make sure it is legit.

You never want to be low on battery when you are out shooting! The shot missed is like the huge fish that got away! That story has been told far too often. Be prepared, have a spare charged battery at all times. Buying a factory replacement means it is designed for your equipment and meets all the standards of the company! This way you will not have to worry about sub par performance!

Always should have a backup camera battery. Figured with my Best Buy Rewards points, I could afford an OEM battery. Nikon batteries are pretty expensive, but it's worth having a good battery in case you run out of juice with the one in the camera.

I've been a photographer for quite awhile and use mainly Nikon products. I have other brand batteries, but only use as backups. This battery holds a good charge and like any battery, the more you ask from it the faster it is consumed.

I purchased this battery as a second battery for my Nikon Camera. Both are identical. I used the battery on a trip to the Holy Land and took well over 1000 photos. I did change out the battery near the end of the trip, just as a precaution as it still showed that it had power remaining.

This is the recommended battery for the Nikon D850 DSLR camera. When doing long photo shoots I keep one battery in my camera, one in my Nikon - MB-D18 Battery Grip, and at least one extra with a cap on it in my pocket.

Purchased this battery as a spare to my Nikon 7500. I recently used this battery on vacation and it worked like a charm. I would suggest anyone to pick it up if they need a spare battery or a replacement.

You just never know when your gonna need that back up battery, so glad Nikon batteries work in all of their cameras, unlike Canon you must buy a different 1 for each body
