I was tired of carrying around the big DSLR and lenses on vacation and wanted something smaller but still fast, had interchangeable lenses and capable of taking great pictures. The J5 is unbelievable small for an interchangeable lens system, fast to focus, fast shot to shot (turn off preview) and takes great pictures. I’m glad I made the purchase. My shoulders aren’t sore after a day out taking pictures. I was worried about the 1” sensor but the pictures look great, probably a little too noisy on the higher ISO’s but looks acceptable at 6400. This is my “go to” walk around camera system now. I also bought the 18mm 1.8 lens, which really makes it shine. I do wish it had an EVF and hot shoe built in, I miss that. Also, I can take about 200-250ish photos on a single charge.

This cam is easy to use, fits well in the hand. Sylish, the MP is great for those zoom in pics. Clear images, decent price for a the functions and extra zoom lens that come with.

This is my first real camera purchase, and for not knowing very much about cameras, I am able to use this camera like a pro. Very good quality pics both inside and outside. I especially love the selfie feature and WiFi capability!

This is an average camera, but with out a viewfinder it is useless in the Texas sun. Its a shame had high hopes.
