I found setting up the remote very simple. My only complaint is that either it is too slow or I am too impatient. I find myself repeatedly clicking the button and it taking a while for the camera to respond. My family is getting used to me saying, "keep smiling!"

After reading the great reviews on this wireless remote, I decided to purchase one. I am very glad I did. It works great. I have a Nikon d5300 that I purchased from Best Buy also. This remote works flawlessly with camera.

After simply adjusting the cameras settings to remote shutter release I was able to go about getting vibration free shots with ease of use and no need to even consult a manual. Also battery was included which is a plus

SO much easier than the old days of setting a tripod/remote shot up manually. This little gadget make sit so easy to set up the shoot, slip[ into the photo, and make sure it is correct every time.

It's a great item to use for big group pictures, your not gonna use it all the time. It is very easy to use, I would recommend getting that 3M double sided velcro to stick it onto because it's small and easy to lose. But overall a great item.

I am excited to finally get a wireless remote for my Nikkon camera. I haven't been able to use it other than to get it set up and try it out but it worked great and was simple to set up. Great purchase!

Worth every penny!! Easy to use, the only hard part is the battery part on the back- not hard enough to return it though. Easy to use and now mama can be in the photos too!!

It is great to take my photos on tripod as the light is low and I get a great photo without holding it steady as I'm over 70 years old.

The wireless remote replaces not only a cable release for certain kinds of Nikon cameras, but also makes it easier to participate in group photographs. It is very small, and I am worried I might lose it too easily. But it works with both the Nikon 1-V1, for which I bought it, and my Nikon D600. Directions for the use of the remote are not intuitive, and not easily found in the manufacturer's documentation of either the device or the cameras.

after seeing my friend use this little remote to good effect on his D90, i knew i needed one for my D3300! performance is exactly what i wanted, and the size is absolutely perfect for covert or self-taken shots (think inclusive family photos, animal photos, etc). simple to learn and use, but highly effective! if you need a simple remote to get the job done, this little helper should be the first one you grab!

First I bought this but was unaware of the battery quality. The battery did not last very long. It's a good a good remote for the nikon users who like to take selfie or long exposure photography
