    This works for what I needed, lets me take family photos without having to set up an auto timer and then run over and into the shot. Also works for long exposure shots when I don't want to risk camera shake by pressing the shutter button.

    Works great with my Nikon 5200. Only small problem I have run into is the proximately of the remote to the camera. Works best for me at 3 to 5 ft. Any closer and my hand is flailing to find a connection. Other than that works as advertised. Great product for the price
