Bought this to use with my Nikon D5200 on vacation. We also bought a tripod. I like the 2 second delay setting that way I had time to put my hand down using the clicker so it wouldn't be obvious I was using a clicker. It worker up to about 15 feet. Wish it worked from a little farther but it did the job and worked perfectly.

This wireless remote is exactly what I needed to start taking my photography to the next level. Now I don't have to worry about shaky pictures and i can take fantastic self portraits without having to run and pose in time.

It works good. I am able to take multiple family pictures with me included without running back to set the timer.there was one time when it did not work but i realized that the sensor must have been hidden by the lens. Once I moved to different angle it worked great.

This is my second remote control because the first was dropped in water and despite immediately removing the battery and placing the device in a bag of rice it still would not work.
I love using this remote control for a variety of things. Setting the camera to bulb mode in conjunction with the remote is idea for star and night-sky photography as there is zero camera shake upon pressing the shutter release button. The same technique is useful for all other kinds of photography. Coupled with a stable tri-pod, a tack-sharp image is guaranteed every single time.

It’s works ok seems like you always have to keep pairing it to the camera often to make it work dunno if I’m usingit right or if that’s how it is but it works pretty good helped out a lot with long exposure shots

I had high hopes. Just doesn't work as well as I expected. You have to hold it just right and less than 16 ft. Works better at 4 to 8 feet. But it is better than no remote at all.

At first, I thought it was broken, but after reading more on the camera, the remote signal is on the front of the camera and I had been behind the camera.

The Nikon remote adds an additional device to capture your memories while on the tripod. Highly recommended for HDR shooting or long exposure captures. Beware... this is tiny and easily lost. I have lost 2 already and this is my 3rd one. Plan on keeping spare batteries in your bag as the battery is known to not last that long, but I have not noticed this enough as I keep losing my remotes. The remote includes a battery in the package.

In taking pics of artwork in low light my Nikon D3300 needed not to be giggled. After a couple settings in the camera the ML-L3 did its job straight out of the box.
