The case is very sturdy and has compartments where each item fits neatly. To use it, it has a bit of a learning curve but the results are worth the extra effort. My macro photography is so much better now when I use this flash system.

With a true macro lens (mine Nikon 105 macro) this flash will enable you to take many images handheld due to the flash short duration freezes any motion of subject or photographer. Controller commands flashes thru IR light flashes, works with the other iTTL Flash units from Nikon as well! Anyone who is serious about their macro results would benefit from this Nikon flash kit.
