Great teleconverter for that little extra reach. Great quality. Not the slightest thing, but high quality means higher weight. Definitely recommend.

Feels well built and sturdy. Feels tiny compared to the F-mount version. 1.4xTCs are known for softening an image slightly... this is supposed to perform with almost no IQ. I can't wait to get this TC on the 100-400 S when it arrives and do some side by side tests. (Will update this review if it does not perform up to expectations.)

These are wonderful. A way to add reach to your lense. Keep in mind this only works with certain lenses. Its not universal. Ill be buying the 2x converter next.

No for everyone, especially since this only works with a limited set of lenses. BUT if you have a lens that compatible, the quality is astounding for a teleconverter. On my 180-600mm and 70-180 there is almost no drop off in image using the TC.

This is a well made TC. Much heavier than the F mount version. Good image quality when paired with Z lenses.

A great complement to my 100-400 zoom, very minimal degradation at any focal length. Looking forward to using it with additional lenses as I expand my kit.

This 1.4 teleconverter for my Nikon Z7ii and 70-200 2.8 lens really helps me shoot high school football games in good light. Once it gets dark, I have to remove it due to some lost resolution/sharpness. I knew this going in so not a surprise at all.

If you already didn't know because the Nikon site doesn't really tell you, if the back of your lens is flat THIS WILL NOT WORK ON IT. It will only work on lens have a concave back. Otherwise, I've seen rave reviews on its performance.
