    I’m new to cameras but this is easy to use and easy hold. Still learning buttons though.

    After less than a month camera has glitches. When you try to adjust focus it doesn't adjust without having to turn the camera off and back on. I am very disappointed with my purchase and especially since it didn't malfunction until after 15 days tha Bestbuy would exchange produce. With a family of 5 I take a lot of photos and i also use the camera to take photos at school. I work for an elementary school that doesn't provide me with a camera to us so i voluntarily take my own to photograph activities and programs. There's no way I can just go buy another one so I'll have to make do.

    Service was exceptional. The product was not at the store and a different location nearby had it. The clerk who helped us ran through the store at first as he saw they might have one. When they didn’t he made sure the store at the other location had it ready for us. When we arrived at the other Best Buy location, sure enough, they had it ready.
