    The z50ii has so many features that will make happy anyone from the hard core photographers to the newbie’s! If you are looking for a camera that you can use for a long time, this seems to be the winning ticket!

    I've purchaed cameras from time to time. However, they have always left me unsatisfied when I took pictures or video. Finally I found the best camera that I believe is on the market. The quality is amazing. Every picture i've taken is wonderful looking. Its simple to use and my son loves it. I couldn't believe how incredible the video looked from such a far distance. The portraits as well. My sons graduation is this June and I can't wait to take his pictures. Phenomenal job on this product.

    I have no complains about The camera. But I thought it was made in Japan. Then I realized it was made in .Thailand. The country where the product is made is very important for the customer. At the counter the sells rep told me not to open the box and said if I return the item there will be a charge. That prevented me returning the camera. Although he warned me not to open the box to see the items, I realized that it was an open box. I think Best Buy must assess all these things through the customers point of view. In that sense I am not satisfied with customer service.
